Jamie Yi
Physiotherapist, Principal
Graduated from the University of Sydney, Since then, I’ve built up a 30-year practising career in both Australia and the United States. My approach to physiotherapy is holistic. That means understanding the whole experience of my patients to better manage their conditions. I strive to help them identify and regain proper biomechanics in everyday tasks, even when faced with pain, stiffness or weakness. In my spare time, I love to play golf with my wife and two daughters. I’m a certified TPI golf strength and conditioning trainer. Won Rak Choi
Physiotherapist
Graduated from University of Canberra, Won is a dedicated and highly skilled physiotherapist with a comprehensive background in sports rehabilitation and strength and conditioning. He has worked many years as a personal trainer before completing his physiotherapy degree, and his experience compliments his exercise programs for his clients’ goals. He is a former Lieutenant in the Korean Army. He served as the Team Leader of Special Assault Commandos (ROK), and brings leadership and discipline to his clinical practice. He is highly regarded for his expertise in multiple martial arts disciplines. Won adheres to a patient-centred approach, addressing physical, mental, and emotional aspects of well-being. He is committed to excellence and is a warm approachable clinician. Chadwick Lee
Physiotherapist
Graduated with a Bachelor of Biomedicine at the University of Melbourne and went on to completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) at the University of Newcastle. Chadwick had worked as a sport trainer for many local soccer and rugby league clubs in the past. Chadwick has special interests in treating cervicogenic headache, tension headache and migraines. He trained extensively in the upper cervical spine. He incorporates manual therapy, dry needling, progressive strengthening and functional retraining to treat musculoskeletal pain and dysfunctions. In his spare time he plays basketball and has previously competed at the State level. Philip Ting
Physiotherapist
Graduated from University of Sydney in physiotherapy and Sports Science. Phil has over 12 years of experience. Specialising in sports injuries, Phil is particularly experienced at managing issues related to the shoulder, knee, and ankle. His extensive background in private practice has made him a sought-after professional. Whether it’s chronic or acute neck and back pain or TMJ discomfort, Phil employs a range of treatment modalities, including manual therapy techniques, postural control and motor control. Outside of the clinic, Phil leads an active lifestyle. His passion for outdoor activities is evident in his love for biking, rollerblading, and skiing. Having competed in track and field at a national level, he also brings a competitive edge to his work. Phil’s multifaceted experience extends to working with AFL and netball teams, and he has contributed to the coaching of martial arts. His well-rounded background adds a unique dimension to his practice, ensuring a comprehensive and tailored approach to patient care. Zoe Lee
Pilates Instructor
Since becoming certified, Zoe has taught Pilates at various studios, working with clients ranging from beginners to advanced practitioners. She is known for her tailored approach, focusing on proper alignment. She is passionate on helping students achieve their fitness goals in a safe and effective manner. Over the years, she has developed a loyal following, with many clients praising her ability to create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere in class. 
 Committed to expanding her expertise, Zoe regularly attends workshops and advanced training in Pilates, anatomy, and other related fields. She is currently working toward obtaining her Classical Pilates certification.

Shirley Qu

Studying a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology at the University of New South Wales, Shirley has cultivated a lifelong passion for movement and exercise. Her dedication to physical health stems from her background in dance, having trained in various styles since the age of 4, with a particular focus on ballet. This commitment to dance has enriched her understanding of biomechanics and movement patterns, which continues to inspire her approach to exercise and rehabilitation today. Shirley is committed to pursuing a career in clinical rehabilitation. She is driven by a passion for helping individuals recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions through innovative exercise interventions. Her future aspirations are centred on using her expertise to enhance functional abilities and improve quality of life for her clients.
